Manage your practice's patients, team, and orders.

A practice is the clinical tenant. Patients belong to a practice; creating a patient does not create a login or grant Team access.
Practice API keys can manage patients, saved delivery addresses, allergies, locations, Team access, prescriber profiles, licenses, invitations, and webhooks, and discover their catalog and pharmacies. Authorized platform keys use these workflows for connected practices.
Create one patient order with POST /v1/orders or several with POST /v1/order-batches. Both create unsigned drafts using the same order fields.
Keys with orders:sign can sign and submit for an authorized clinician. Your integration collects signing intent and supplies the exact prescription versions.

Locations
Physical practice sites and their Team access identifiers. Locations are shared between Test and Live.
Patients
Patient records and allergies within a practice. Available to practice keys and authorized platform keys.
Catalog
Catalog items, pharmacies, and shipping services available to a practice or platform.
Orders
Create individual or bulk unsigned orders, edit drafts, and follow review and fulfillment.
