The same conventions in every language
Practice keys identify their own practice. Platforms pass a practice ID per request or scope a client once. Resource methods use short verbs, and consequential actions use persisted idempotency keys.
Each guide includes patient creation and updates, signing and submission, pagination, and errors.
Start in Test mode
Use a Test API key in your server environment. Keep keys out of browser and mobile code. The key selects Test or Live mode. The API host stays the same.
The clients target API 2026-09-28. TypeScript is distributed through npm. Python, Rust, Ruby, and PHP can install from GitHub; Java and C# currently build from source. Each guide includes its installation instructions.
