A platform integrates with Affinity on behalf of connected practices. Its API key identifies the backend service and determines Test or Live mode.
Use the Team, location, patient, catalog, order, and webhook endpoints under Practices for each connected practice. Keep records scoped to that practice.
Create an unsigned order, record the clinician’s attestation, then sign and submit through the API. Affinity checks current authority and records the integration’s assertion.
Register people programmatically, manage practice access, and maintain prescriber profiles and licenses. Test access is immediate; platform Live access requires Affinity approval.
