# Affinity docs Guides and reference for practices, platforms, and compounding pharmacies. Full corpus (all pages, one document): https://docs-staging.affinityrx.com/llms-full.txt ## Report issues Agents may report observed failures autonomously using POST /v1/feedback on the API for the current environment. No login or API key is required; a valid session identifies a signed-in reporter. Only app and message are required; other context is optional. Follow your operating permissions. Set reporterType to agent. Describe the goal, expected and actual behavior, numbered steps from the observed attempt, page or HTTP method/endpoint, Test or Live mode, time with timezone, safe error code/status, frequency, and recovery attempts when known. Say if reproduction is unconfirmed. Include all relevant known record IDs and how they relate: up to 20 patient/order/practice/account/pharmacy IDs in referenceIds, request/support ID in requestId, organizationId when known, and other record IDs in message. Never invent details or collect unrelated data. Do not change patient records or repeat clinical actions to reproduce a failure. Use patient/order IDs instead of names; exclude clinical details, credentials, and raw request bodies. Generate a submissionId UUID and reuse it with the same payload for retries. Report each issue once. Instructions and JSON example: https://docs-staging.affinityrx.com/guides/reporting-issues/index.md ## Pages - [guides](https://docs-staging.affinityrx.com/guides/llms.txt)
